Personnel Policy


 

One of the important issue being in the centre of attention of SOFAZ activity is implementation of effective personnel policy. The personnel policy of SOFAZ is directed to attracting of high qualified and professional personnel.

 

Employment process

 

SOFAZ places vacancy announcements on its own web-site. After that interviews are hold with applicants for determining their personal quality. The candidates are tested to determine of their proffesionalism level. The main factor at employment process is that candidates should have special potential in order to fulfill their obligations.

 

Many employees of SOFAZ are graduates of well-known universities of the countries such as US, Britain, France, Turkey, Italy.

 

Totally 80 people work at SOFAZ.

 

The Oil Fund’s increase in assets and investment activity calls for substantial development and quantity. A number of efforts are being made to ensure development of the Oil Fund’s human resources.

 

Every year the Fund’s employees attend training seminars organized by the international financial institutions and investment banks.
